I followed this guide, http://modcraft.superparanoid.de/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=8694&hilit=easy but it doesn't say anything about this. I didn't find rain effect model in modelviewer. Skarn 469 Posted July 23, 2016 There was some snowy skybox used for wotlk login screen or somethign else. That might do the job if you retexture it properly. Seen people working things like that, things that might find them "easy" to do them, its that motivates me to go deeper on modding.
