I have change my wow to enGB version, and now everything seem ok!

sorry, i don't understand what you have said? in my mind, pinyin is a system application for others, it's a basic application in a chinese operation system. there is no pinyin for wow, no pinyin for chrome browse. it is only a very very basic service for others in chinese operating system

I will change my wow to US version, and have a try again every soft run in chinese windows, it will load pinyin dll, it's a system behavior!
