Looking for WoW 1.12.1 model editing tools

Hello! Back in 2014ish I had about 5-6 tools to model edit WoW 1.12 with. These programs are lost a long time ago. One of them was NoggIt and the other was MyWarcraftStudio I think. Any idea where I can get working programs to model change on vanilla WoW? Thank you!

I put in the shaders in WoW folder and .MPQ in /data, but it didn't do anything for me? Is it because I'm playing on the nostalrius client maybe?

I read someone talking about porting the new water to vanilla, wow that would be awesome. I tried that myself like two years ago but never succeeded.
