I'm playing with this patches and all thanks to creator! It works perfectly with clear wow. If you have some cutom patches (as me) it might be a problem. So I moved enUS patches to data folder (rename it) and since they're now the highest (read lowest) in order it works. So that's my experience. The patch and textures are cool!
